Carter Slade is shown as a skeletal supernatural rider mounted on a rearing black horse, with a torn wide-brim hat, ragged coat, rope belt, revolver in hand, and flowing flame-like effects erupting around the rider and horse. The full vignette stands on a large circular horror base covered in skulls, bones, severed forms, and swirling organic detail, giving the entire piece a violent supernatural western look with a strong upward action silhouette.

The bust versions focus on Carter Slade’s skull face, hat, flowing coat, revolver arm, layered clothing, and smoke-like flame effects curling outward around the upper body.
