Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hobby Link International. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Before sending an item back, please contact us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com so we can issue return instructions and confirm eligibility.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition in which it was received

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will fully inspect it. If it meets the return requirements, we will process a refund for the product price. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 3–7 business days after we receive the item for your refund to process.

Exchanges & Replacement Parts

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com within 30 days of delivery.

We will arrange:

  • Replacement parts at no cost
    or

  • A replacement item if necessary

We may request photos to help our support team verify the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened or used

  • Items damaged due to customer handling or modification

  • Digital products, STL files, or downloadable content

  • Clearance or final-sale items
