Hobby Link International Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. A second email will be sent when your order has shipped and includes your tracking number.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout, and product listings will indicate whether an item ships from our U.S. or Canadian location. Some manufacturers and products qualify for free or flat-rate shipping, which will be shown on the product page. We offer international shipping to most countries, with costs calculated at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or taxes once it arrives in your destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number; please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. You can track USPS shipments here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input If you haven’t received your order within 90 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com with your name and order number.
If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us and we will arrange replacement parts at no additional cost. If you wish to return an item, it must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price.
