Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Before sending an item back, please contact us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com so we can issue return instructions and confirm eligibility.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unopened

Unused
-
In its original packaging
-
In the same condition in which it was received
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will fully inspect it. If it meets the return requirements, we will process a refund for the product price. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 3–7 business days after we receive the item for your refund to process.
Exchanges & Replacement Parts
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com within 30 days of delivery.
We will arrange:

Replacement parts at no cost
or -
A replacement item if necessary
We may request photos to help our support team verify the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items damaged due to customer handling or modification

Digital products, STL files, or downloadable content

Made To Order Policy
Made to Order items are produced specifically for your order and typically ship in 4–6 weeks (workload dependent). Lead times are displayed on the product page, and by purchasing a Made to Order option you acknowledge and accept the production timeline.
Because Made to Order items are custom-produced, they are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible—once production has started, we may be unable to make changes or issue a cancellation.
