What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We strive to package all orders with the utmost care, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@hobbylinkinternational.com. Include a photo of the damage and your order details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s sending a replacement or processing a return, in accordance with our return policy.

 

 

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can — but please act quickly! If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t left our facility yet.

 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case). If you haven’t received your tracking email within a few days of ordering, feel free to reach out to us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com and we’ll be happy to help

 

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a physical item, we will issue a full refund as long as the product is not damaged and includes all original parts that came with the purchase.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for unopened and unused products, and once we receive and inspect the product to confirm it’s in the same condition we sent it, your refund will be processed promptly. To begin a return, please contact us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for downloadable content purchased from our site.

 

 

What is your shipping policy?

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance for your peace of mind. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer, and prices are based on USPS rates — we do not have control over their pricing.

At this time, we only ship using USPS Priority Mail and do not offer alternative shipping options. We kindly ask that customers refrain from requesting exceptions or negotiating shipping methods, as this helps us keep the order process smooth and consistent for everyone.

If you’re located outside the United States, we recommend contacting us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate shipping estimate.

Taking care of your 3D prints is important to ensure they last and maintain their detail. Here are some tips:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft brush or microfiber cloth to gently clean dust or debris from your models.
  • Painting: If you plan to paint your model, make sure to prime it first to help paint adhere properly. For best results, use acrylic paints.
  • Storage: Keep your 3D printed items away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity to avoid warping or fading.
