HLI3DFX was created by lifelong model builders who believe the hobby should be accessible, exciting, and inspiring for everyone. What started as a small idea between friends quickly grew into a full-scale operation dedicated to high-quality 3D-printed figures, busts, bases, and collectible models for fans around the world.

Who We Are

Kenny – United States Army Veteran & Co-Founder

Kenny has been building and painting models for decades, and his passion for the craft drives everything at HLI3DFX. After serving in the U.S. Army, he brought the same discipline, attention to detail, and pride to building a shop that serves hobbyists with the quality they deserve. Kenny prints, paints, films, tests, reviews, and interacts with the entire HLI community daily — he lives and breathes this hobby.

Paul – Royal Air Force Veteran & Co-Founder

On the other side of the Atlantic, Paul served in the Royal Air Force and eventually crossed paths with Kenny through the modeling community. His dedication, technical knowledge, and collector’s eye help shape the product selection, quality control, and direction of the store. Together, Kenny and Paul form a truly allied partnership — united in service, united in the hobby, and united in building something special for modelers everywhere.

Tommy – Behind-the-Scenes Tech Wizard

While Kenny and Paul run the shop floor and the community, Tommy works tirelessly behind the scenes. He maintains the website, fine-tunes the systems, and ensures the store runs smoothly. Without Tommy’s technical expertise and long hours spent troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving the site, HLI3DFX wouldn’t run the way it does.
