Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

We ship all packages using USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance and tracking. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on USPS rates, which we do not control. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com for an international shipping quote before placing your order. We only ship via USPS Priority Mail and do not offer alternative shipping methods or price negotiations.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through USPS directly at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input or use a universal tracking platform like https://t.17track.net/.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once a shipment reaches your destination country. These fees are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have not received your order within 90 days (international orders) or 30 days (domestic orders) of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hobbylinkinternational.com with your name and order number so we can investigate the issue.

We ship with USPS. Here is a breakdown of what each type of shipping offers:

USPS Ground Advantage:

This service is designed for cost-conscious shippers, offering delivery in 2-5 business days for packages up to 70 lbs. It includes tracking and $100 of built-in insurance.

USPS Priority Mail Express:

This is the fastest USPS service, with delivery in 1-3 business days, and includes a money-back guarantee for late delivery. It’s generally more expensive than other Priority Mail options.

USPS Priority Mail:

This service offers 1-3 business day delivery and includes tracking and insurance. It’s faster than Ground Advantage but generally more expensive.

Priority Mail Flat Rate:

This option uses specific flat rate packaging (e.g., boxes, envelopes) and charges a flat rate for shipping, regardless of weight (up to 70 lbs) or distance.
