This Licensing Agreement outlines the terms under which downloadable STL files (“the Product”) may be used. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you (“the User”) agree to abide by the conditions described herein. Any specific terms provided by the designer or seller (“Seller”) are considered additions or exceptions to this agreement.

The Product is provided under a Custom License, based on general licensing terms and a Royalty-Free License. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may print the STL files for their own private display or enjoyment. Redistribution, file sharing, or making the files publicly available in any form is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized sharing negatively impacts the Seller’s ability to continue creating and offering products.

Commercial use—including but not limited to producing kits or finished items for sale—is not allowed without written permission. If you are interested in commercial use, please contact the Seller to discuss licensing options.

The Seller may occasionally issue updates or corrections to the Product. When this occurs, Users who have purchased the Product will be notified by email and may download the revised files.

The Product is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Seller is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the files.

By completing your purchase and using the files, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Licensing Agreement.
